Employment Opportunity - FSC and Livelihood Manager
Millbrook First Nation is seeking an effective and self-motivated applicants for the position of FSC and Livelihood Manager.
Position Summary: Lead day-to-day delivery of Millbrook First Nation’s FSC and treaty-based Livelihood Fishing Plan across Millbrook, Sheet Harbour, and Beaver Dam (Cole Harbour). Responsibilities include community engagement, harvester support, tag/reporting administration, and implementing approved management plans. The role works with DFO on operational items (licensing, compliance, working groups/consultations) and supports non-compliance intake and documentation; senior-level Crown/advocacy work is led by the Director of Fisheries.
Salary: 80K – 95K based on qualifications and experience.
