Employment Opportunity - Housing Director
Millbrook First Nation is seeking reliable and self-motivated individuals to fill Housing Director position.
Position Summary: The Housing Director reports to the Executive Director and leads culturally respectful, community-centered housing programs and services for on- and off-reserve band members. The role oversees housing programs, policies, budgets, operations, maintenance, renovations, and capital projects, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, funding requirements, and Millbrook policies. The Housing Director also supervises housing staff, supports community housing planning, identifies current and future needs, and works with members, Chief and Council, partners, contractors, and service providers to advance safe, sustainable, high-quality housing initiatives.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, based on skills, and experience
