In a supportive, judgment-free group, we'll explore sustainable changes in nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being. Together, we'll discuss the complexities of weight and learn practical strategies for change. This is not a dieting program, and individualized meal plans are not provided.

Each week, you'll set your own goals and create a plan to achieve them.
