The housing department does its best to respond to repair requests within [# of days]. Before any repairs or renovations being completed, a staff member will reach out to you to schedule and discuss your needs. To request a repair to your house, please complete the form further down this webpage.
If you need an emergency repair, please contact Millbrook Operations & Maintenance (902) 890-6590. Examples of emergency repairs include:
Plumbing issues (broken pipe, flood, overflowing sewage, no water, frozen pipes)
Electrical issues (loss of power in certain rooms, sparking)
Heating issues (during winter months)
Broken windows/doors
