RCMP in Millbrook
The RCMP has an on-reserve detachment within the Millbrook community. Our administration, security and bylaw officers work collaboratively with the RCMP to provide safety and security for our community.
The RCMP enforces all Federal and Provincial laws. Policing in Millbrook is 24 hours, with the detachment office hours staffed Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
When to call RCMP
In an emergency always DIAL 9-1-1
Life-threatening situations: When someone's life is in immediate danger.
In-progress crimes: Such as a break-in, assault, or robbery.
Serious motor vehicle accidents: With injuries or significant hazards.
Active shooter or other threats: Where there is an immediate danger to life.
Non-emergency calls to RCMP:
Reporting past crimes: When a crime has already occurred and is not in progress, like a break-in that happened while you were away.
Providing information for investigations: If you have information related to a crime or an ongoing investigation, contact the non-emergency line.
Minor incidents: Such as minor property damage, theft under $5000, or lost property.
Suspicious activity: If you observe suspicious behavior or activity that doesn't pose an immediate threat, report it to the non-emergency line.
